The Board of Trustees of the Huntingdon Commemoration Hall Charity is responsible for providing the Hall for the recreation and welfare of people of Huntingdon and its surrounds. The Board consists of twelve Members, four of which are appointed by Huntingdon Town Council, which is the Custodian Trustee of the Hall. The remaining eight trustees are elected from representatives of the local community and the user groups of the Hall itself.
Trustees are:
| Ann Beevor | Ann is an active Member of PATCH (Performing Arts at the Commemoration Hall) , which raises funds for the Hall by running a bar and raffle during shows. She is also an active member of many local charities in the town, some of which use the hall, ie the Huntingdon and Godmanchester Twinning Association, U3A, the Huntingdonshire Volunteer Centre, Huntingdonshire Holidays and Huntingdonshire Community Group. Chairman of the Governors of Hartford Junior School, her aim is to see the hall used for the benefit of the community. |
| Chris Doyle | A resident of Huntingdon for 18 years and a local business man running a heating and plumbing business, and is also an active member of the Huntingdon & Godmanchester Civic Society. |
| Mike Gledhill | Secretary and a Trustee to Huntingdon Youth Theatre (HYT) and a user of the Hall every Tuesday with HYT, Mike wants the Hall to thrive and be a meeting place recognised by the Town and local inhabitants. Members of HYT manage to provide at least three shows every year, running usually for at least three nights. |
| Bill Hensley | Bill Hensley has lived in the Huntingdon area for nearly 37 years with his wife Pam and has 4 grown up sons. His community and voluntary work started with Hinchingbrooke Hospital Radio as a presenter and Chairman over 25 years ago. The driving force behind Huntingdon Community Radio, Bill has helped the station secure a full-time licence to broadcast to Huntingdon and the surrounding villages on 104 fm. A former County Councillor and Parish Councillor for Warboys, Bill is also Chairman of the Sea Cadets. |
| David King | David is an active member of hall user groups the Huntingdon & District Caledonian Society and Huntingdon & Godmanchester Twinning Association. As a strong supporter of the Commemoration Hall and involved in several community groups within the town, he is keen to ensure that the facilities of the Hall are enhanced and maintained for the benefit of all. |
| John Morgan | (Chairman of the Trustees) John is an active Member of Huntingdon Drama Club, with over 20 years' experience of presenting or performing plays at the Commemoration Hall and has a special interest in sound & lights. |
| Mel Pugsley | Mel has lived in Huntingdon for over 40 years, during this time he has been involved in many drama and musical performances in the area. Many have used the hall for their performances which has given him a good knowledge of its capability. He became a trustee in 2011 as he believes the hall has a great future. |

| Dominic Whitehead | Dominic is the Chairman of the Huntingdon Youth Theatre(HYT) and of its Board of Trustees. He’d like to see the voice of the youth of this town listened to and where possible, acted upon. He is also keen to see the Commemoration Hall full to the rafters, twice nightly( as the actress said to the bishop!). |
| Douglas Adams | Was a Commercial Director in an Areospace/ High performance company with a turnover of 60memploying 280 people in the UK and abroad, Doug Adams was a major shareholder in the business. A govenor and chair of Finance at Huntingdon Regional College, a former local town councillor and former chair of finance on the Town Council along with a few trade organisations. His aim is to try and use the skills he has developed to make a difference in the local community. |
| Tanya Foster | A resident in Huntingdon for most of her life, Tanya was recently elected as a new town councillor for West ward in the local elections. In her spare time she runs an electrical business from home and is also a baby photographer. Tanya is passionate about making Huntingdon an even better place to live. |

| Stuart Hassell | Stuart has lived in Huntingdon for over 40 years and owns a local courier company. As a newly elected councillor he is very keen to be involved in and work hard to help benefit the local community. |
