Trustees are elected for a term of two years and the last election took place at the AGM held on 25th September 2009, when the following Trustees were elected.
The Charity's AGM on 23rd September 2010 will elect and/or appoint eight new Trustees for the Management Board to serve the Charity from September 2010-12. Please see News page for further information.
Councillor Douglas Adams - Currently employed as a Commercial Director in an Aerospace/High Performance company with a turnover of £60M employing 280 people in the UK and abroad, Doug Adams is a major shareholder in the business. A governor and Chair of Finance at Huntingdon Regional College, a local town councillor and Chair of Finance on the Town Council along with a few trade organisations.His aim is to try and use the skills he has developed to make a difference in the local community
Terry Downing - Chairman of the TrusteesChairman of the Board of Trustees of the Huntingdon Commemoration Hall Charity since 2007, Vice Chairman of the Huntingdonshire Business Network, member of the Huntingdon Christmas Lights Team and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Huntingdon Town Partnership. A committed, community spirited individual who passionately believes in the values of family, community and the effect that the Arts and Entertainment has on the quality of life.
Councillor Chris Doyle - Vice Chairman of the Trustees - A resident of Huntingdon for 18 years and a local business man running a heating and plumbing business.
Councillor Claire Dutton - A part-time Legal Secretary and recently re-elected to Town Council after a two year break, Vice Chairman of Leisure and Community Services, Trustee of Hartford Conservation Society and involved with various local community and voluntary organisations. Claire is committed to preserving and enhancing the building and facilities of Commemoration Hall
Mike Gledhill - trustee representing Huntingdon Youth Theatre - Secretary and a Trustee to Huntingdon Youth Theatre (HYT) and a user of the Hall every Tuesday with HYT. Mike wants the Hall to thrive and be a meeting place recognised by the Town and local inhabitants. Members of HYT manage to provide at least three shows every year, running usually for at least three nights

David King - trustee represnting the Calendonian SocietyAn active member of hall user groups the Huntingdon & District Caledonian Society and Huntingdon & Godmanchester Twinning Association. As a strong supporter of the Commemoration Hall and involved in several community groups within the town is keen to ensure that the facilities of the Hall are enhanced and maintained for the benefit of all.
Councillor John Morgan representing the Huntingdon Drama Club - An active Member of Huntingdon Drama Club, with over 20 years' experience of presenting or performing plays at the Commemoration Hall. With a special interest in sound & lights
Collette Parker - trustee representing PaTCH - Chairman of PaTCH. A journalist of 25 years standing, Collette is now working in PR and is Anglian Water’s Media Manager and spokesperson. Through her work here she has been involved in a number of award-winning press campaigns and her career has spanned regional and household national titles. She took a career break in 1998 to do a degree and graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2001 with a degree in Drama and Education Studies, where she specialised in community arts and theatre direction
Councillor Jennifer Sarabia - A Trustee of the Commemoration Hall for almost 6 years, since becoming a Town Councillor for Huntingdon, during which time she has worked extensively as Chairman of the Leisure Development Working Party, arranging the Huntingdon 800 celebrations and Mediaeval weekend, with the highlight of the celebrations being a Mediaeval Banquet in the Commemoration Hall.
Dominic Whitehead - independent trusteeAn active Member of Huntingdon Youth Theatre, Dominic wishes to see the voice of the youth of this town is listened to and where possible, acted upon. He is also keen to see the Commemoration Hall full to the rafters, twice nightly( as the actress said to the bishop!)
